I am an Exotic Bomba. A tasty desert made of Mango and Passion Fruit sorbet covered in a thin white chocolate shell and drizzled with chocolate. For good measure, I lay atop a chilled plate tastefully decorated with rasberry sauce.
In a world where so many people are phoning it in, its easy to just settle for a chocolate dessert. Some cocoa, some sugar, and sure, you are 90% of the way there. Its much harder to put together a subtly sweet and refreshing fruit desert.
